Informācija par depozītglāžu naudas atmaksu – Robbie Williams koncerts (03.08.2025., Rīga)
Pasākuma laikā mūsu komanda pieņēma depozītglāzes un atgrieza naudu uz apmeklētāju bankas kontiem.
Tomēr esam konstatējuši, ka atsevišķos, ļoti retos gadījumos darbinieku kļūdas dēļ nauda tika nevis atgriezta, bet ieturēta.
Tā kā visi maksājumi tika veikti ar bankas kartēm, diemžēl bez papildu datiem šīs kļūdas nav iespējams identificēt.

Deposit Cup Refund Information – Robbie Williams Concert (03.08.2025, Riga)
During the event, our team accepted deposit cups and refunded the deposit amount to visitors' bank accounts.
However, we have identified that in a few isolated cases, due to staff error, money was charged instead of refunded.
Since all payments were made by card, we are unable to identify these errors without additional details.
